SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
We provide complimentary express shipping for all of our art pieces. Upon placing your order, our team will meticulously prepare your artwork for shipping as soon as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days for in-house processing before your canvas is dispatched. Shipping times usually range from 1-5 business days, depending on your location. We utilize trustworthy carriers to ensure that your canvas arrives in pristine condition. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive regular tracking updates until your package reaches its destination. Please note that shipping times may be affected by external factors such as weather or carrier delays, which are beyond our control. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

RETURNS
We have a 48hr return policy, which means you have 2 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and some pictures of the damages in order for us to process the return from our end. Once your return is accepted, we'll initiate a return pickup from our end and update you with the same. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return related queries at returns@dimeartworks.com

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

EXCHANGES
​
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The amount of the original item purchased will be directly credited to the original source of payment.

REFUNDS
​
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
